Where possible we add a charity donation to “every single clearance item” so charity still benefits from items they had previously refused – That`s smart recycling!
Any items “not sold” at auction are then considered for waste. Even now the waste is responsibly sorted into piles ready to be sent to the local recycling center. We pride ourselves in re-cycling up to 90% of waste.

As a business we are charged £160 per 1 tonne of rubbish by trade waste centers. This does not include our labour.
As a guide, one tonne of rubbish is roughly 4-6 washing machines in weight. With the above being mentioned we understand that clearing your home may seem like a expensive task.
