Find Life Again...
Most items from commercial clearances or industrial clearances find life again, in a variety of different ways! If certain items are re-sellable, we can off-set the amount from the cost of the clearance. This can be a great way to keep the cost down and keep in budget! If possible we also donate certain items to schools, colleges, adult education centers and self-help groups who need equipment or tools for further education, support and development.

We Hate Waste...
But We Love Re-Cycling!
Any items that are not accepted or wanted by charities or schools are then placed in to a local auction for someone else to enjoy and find life again. Any items “not sold” at auction are then considered for waste. Even now the waste is responsibly sorted into piles ready to be sent to the recycling center.
- We Donate Items To Charity.
- Un-Wanted Charity Items Are Re-Sold.
- We Try & Recycle Everything.
The True Cost Of Waste
Disposing of waste is a big problem and it is becoming more expensive to do so. As a business we are charged £160 per 1 ton of rubbish by trade the waste center. This does not include our labor. As a guide, one ton of rubbish is roughly 4-6 washing machines in weight. With the above being mentioned we understand that a clearance may seem an expensive task. However, we may find items of re-sale value, which can be deducted from the clearance quotation. This saves the customer money, stops landfill & saves the planet by re-cycling. A win, win in our books!

It Could Cost You!
Getting rid of your waste, is your responsibility! Unfortunately with the rising costs of waste disposal more fly-tipping is happening now, than ever before. The chances are you have a country lane, car park or garage block that has turned into the local dump? When employing any waste or clearance services you should always check for a ``Trade Waste License`` and double check it on the day.
